Connexus Credit Union (CCU) is a member-focused cooperative serving all 50 states. They approached Market Crafters in 2023 to take on some projects including their Employee Recruitment Guide. After many iterations they decided to take a new direction on this project, that is when it landed in my court. I kept the initial cover design concept (with a few adjustments) and redesigned the inner pages. The result was a document CCU loved and went forward with finalizing.
